Priya Rana Kapoor is a trained psychotherapist and life coach and founder of PRK Coaching, an international company that offers support to both men and women as they navigate and plan their lives. Priya’s areas of expertise and experience include work/life balance; career enhancement; confidence and self-esteem; mind/body wellness; and living well with illness. Priya grew up in London and after attending the University of Warwick, she moved to the US and attended the University of Southern California (USC). Priya later joined the Psychological Services Division at USC’s Department of Neurology and Nerosurgery, where she provided therapy for adults, children, couples and families affected by Parkinson’s disease (PD), AD, stroke, epilepsy, narcolepsy and multiple sclerosis (MS). She also conducted research on the efficacy of, and worked on developing a protocol for, psychological support pre-, during and post- Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) implant surgery for PD patients. Concurrently, she completed the Coach U Core Essential Fast Track Program (CEP) and started coaching individual clients. After 17 years in the US, Priya took her coaching and therapy experience and started seeing private clients in the UK. In addition to working with individual and corporate clients, Priya has been invited to speak in the community on PD and mental health, and has conducted coaching session in the MS community. Priya is currently facilitating workshops on Confidence and Self-Esteem Building and is one of two master coaches for “The Happiness Advantage”.
Raymond Thomas has over 20 years experience in hands-on Engineering, Quality, Operations, Business Development and Sales in American Multinational environments as well as multi-industrial segments. He has actively participated in training programs conducted at Motorola, an organization, known for its trailblazing quality and world-class training efforts. He was part of a team, at Motorola, which was involved in the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige Quality awards. He was also part of a core team trained in Six Sigma quality programs which eventually recognized individuals as Master Black Belt trainers. As part of this Six Sigma program, he was also involved in identifying, training, nurturing local direct material suppliers to acquire a 6-sigma status which resulted in a successful ship to stock program. Raymond Thomas has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (State University of New York at Buffalo, USA) & a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia). He has also completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment). He was previously employed at Motorola, Western Digital & Lighthouse.
